2) By establishing an account on Bay Area Real Estate Forum, you agree to abide by the sites forum rules.
3) Failure to follow the rules will result in the loss of your access to this forum.
4) Do Not Spam the Forum with unsolicited crap that has nothing to do with the discussion thread.
5) Solicitations are ONLY APPROVED in the SERVICE PROVIDER MARKETPLACE FORUM. If you solicit anywhere else, your account will be terminated.
6) Property listing may be posted, but ONLY in the "Real Estate Listings" forum.
7) Posting web site links to your personal or your company website is permitted within your signature block only. The only exception to this is within the "Service Provider Market Place" Forum.
8) This forum is intended to help people regarding real estate matters. Any conduct deemed contrary to that by site administrators will be considered grounds for account termination.
