Tanning salon is for sale in San Bruno. Looks like it was originally listed at $115,000, but is now looking for offers around $70,000. Here's what I found:

I am not the owner, so I can't guarantee all this info is correct, but if you think you can afford the electric costs alone, this might be a good deal depending on the condition/age of the equipment (customers love and expect modern amenities in beds). The PDF had the original list price, but the bizbuysell site showed the number to be 70K.
